Abundance

There were times when words could tell
what every raindrop felt,
There were times when words would fail
to see every cloud flail

There were times when roads saw us home,
memories and woods standing alone,
There were times when footprints faded,
crosses and signs jaded.

There were times when a touch would feel,
of the feelings untouched,
There were times when a glance would beseech,
to wipe off every tear that seeped.

There were times when passion would grip,
mock at the loss of logic,
There were times when reason overtook,
what passion begged to overlook.

There were times when abundance chimed,
perfectly timed,
There were times when emptiness reigned
a perfect hollow,imperfectly maimed.

There were times when I reached my destination,
and felt away from home,
There were times when I was distant,
the journey back brought hope.

There were times when I look back,
how time changed everything,
There are times when I stand alone,
and wonder how I changed every time...

Gyanban Thoughts - A few lines about the journey of life, where we witness so many changes, so many thoughts pass us by, definitions redefine, logic rebuts and reason fly by...without us really knowing why.We just flow and keep moving till one day time stop us,to make us think,of the times gone by..and why...

  10. How do you do it? Each word, line, sentence and thought are filled with such intensity, it echoes in the readers mind as he reads through it.

I paused at every line and felt in sync with the feelings here.

It's wondrous na, how we change over time? Funny thing it is...
